Crystal residents have once again brightened the season by
sharing their holiday lighting displays as part of the Crystal Lions Crystal
Sparkles Holiday Lighting Contest.
The Crystal Lions Club has announced the winners of the contest:
• First place: Gina and Steve Holland, 6700 43rd Ave. N.
• Second place: The Hoffman family, 5232 Welcome Ave. N.
Winners receive a $100 prize for first place and $50 for second place, along with a certificate of recognition.
Crystal Sparkles promotes community spirit by encouraging residents to make Crystal shine through festive home and yard lighting displays during the holiday season.
Lions Club members judged the nominated displays on creativity, effort, consistency, sense of holiday cheer, functionality, and overall “wow” factor.
