The Economic Development Authority (EDA) formulates and implements the city's redevelopment and housing improvement programs. It operates under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 469, and has powers similar to a Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
EDA meetings are called as necessary throughout the year and are typically on the third Tuesday of the month, either prior to or following the city council meeting. In addition, the EDA may hold work sessions, as needed. The public is welcome to attend all of these meetings.
