The public is welcome to a brief groundbreaking celebration at Becker Park on Wednesday, April 3 at 6 p.m.
The groundbreaking symbolizes the start of construction at Crystal’s centerpiece park which commences this spring. A grand opening will be in the spring of 2020.
There will be a short ceremony, cookies and beverages.

When fully complete in 2020, Becker Park will feature:

- Accessible Restrooms

In addition, a stormwater infiltration gallery will be built under the lawn to filter runoff into Upper Twin Lake and reduce street flooding.
