The transition plan specifically addresses city policies, programs and steps needed to ensure public facilities within public right-of-way are ADA compliant and accessible to all individuals.

City of Crystal ADA Transition Plan provides a better understanding of the city's work to improve access for everyone in the right-of-way, including the addition of pedestrian ramps with truncated domes and audible pedestrian signals.
